Anyone done this before? I’ve never actually had a desire to juice, and it always seemed a little silly since you lose all the fiber of the fruit and vegetables, which is the good part, but, my dad got a juicer and wanted to go on a week long cleanse and I said I would do it with him.
That being said, yesterday was okay, until about 5 pm when i started getting a headache, which eventually grew into a monster headache of death, and I also because nauseous, and had to force down my fifth juice of the day around 8 despite not being hungry or appetized. Afterwards I just lay in bed in misery, afraid that a simple hiccup would cause me to projectile vomit all over my bed. I think by 9 I was finally able to go to sleep, by which time I had completely sworn off juicing ever again, as I pictured the giant bowl of clam dip I was going to eat the next day.
Then I woke up at 530 am feeling fresh and headache free, not enough to make me believe in the merit of a juice cleanse, but enough to somehow trick myself into giving it another chance. However, this didn’t stop me from forcing myself to sleep until 1130am simply so I wouldn’t have to begin my day of juice. When I did get up into a vertical position I got a head rush and my vision blacked out for about 5 seconds (which isn’t completely unheard of for me) so that wasn’t great. So far I’ve had the warm lemon water and one juice (oranges and spinach, starting small) and its all good. The thing is that hunger really hasn’t been an issue since about 4pm yesterday… Its more of the horrible side effects that are miserable. hopeful I don’t get that today. Let’s be honest, this might turn into a three day (or less) cleanse, but, we’ll see how today goes.
Anyone ever done this before?
Any tips, warnings, etc?

Spend a little more time trying to make something of yourself & a little less time trying to impress people.
